Shipping Policy

We primarily ship all orders within 24 hours utilizing USPS First Class or Priority Mail. First Class packages generally take 3-4 business days, while Priority Mail takes 2 business days. However, please be aware that USPS delays, while unfortunate, are out of our control. If you have any questions about a delivery or need help tracking down its whereabouts, please contact our office and we will do our best to assist you.

 

All items are packaged securely and tightly, taking into consideration its destination and products. We try our best to reduce waste and over-packing. If you're package arrives damaged, please review the contents and if there are any concerns, call our office immediately at 770-829-0122.

Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason there is a problem with your order, please contact us. Returns are accepted up to 21 days from date of shipping for a full refund unless the product is determined to be defective or worn due to customer use. We will email you a return label to send back your items.

If products are damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately and we will work with you on replacing the items and contacting the delivery service.
